These are temporary rights granted to iPark by a public administration (such as a city council, for example) allowing it to use, manage, and operate a car park for a specific period, never exceeding 75 years, while the property remains public. Typically, iPark assumes the initial construction investment and/or pays an annual fee during the concession period. Within these car parks, we distinguish two types:
- Off-street or structured car parks: which may be located in city centers, administrative areas, commercial districts, hospitals, and more.
- On-street or public road parking: commonly known as regulated parking zones (ORA or SER).
