Real solutions for more sustainable mobility
At a time when cities face urgent challenges such as congestion, pollution, and the loss of public space, we believe that well-planned parking can be part of the solution. Underground car parks free up surface space for green areas, pedestrian zones, and bike lanes, improving air quality and making cities more livable.
Reducing “circling traffic”, the traffic generated by drivers looking for parking, is another of our key goals. Through technology and an increasingly wide and efficient network, we help reduce emissions, noise, and road insecurity.

More charging points, fewer emissions
The future of mobility is electric. At iPark, we currently have 170 operational chargers for electric vehicles across our network of car parks in Spain and Portugal, with plans to add more in the near future. This reinforces our role as facilitators of the transition toward a low-carbon transport model.

Technology and sustainability go hand in hand. Our in-house developed iParkCity app allows users to access services such as reservations, automated entry, and on-street regulated parking management.
We also integrate intelligent systems into our car parks to optimize occupancy, reduce search times, and adjust supply to real demand. More digital mobility means more organized, less polluting, and better-connected cities.
